We'll work together as a team to understand your unique experiences and create a plan for therapy based on your goals. Your voice and input are valued throughout the process, ensuring we work in line with your specific needs and preferences.

​Therapy is most effective when it prioritises your perspective and lived experience. I act as a guide and facilitator, listening attentively and offering a variety of tools and techniques that empower you to take charge of your mental well-being.
