Who am I?
I am a passionate, inclusive Clinical Psychologist with experience of working with a wide range of mental health challenges. I love my job; it is an honour to become part of someone's therapeutic journey and to work alongside them to feel better. As well as being a Psychologist, I'm an avid book-reader, dog-lover and coffee addict!
Training
I completed a three-year doctorate to become a Clinical Psychologist up in Leeds. This followed an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience (Hons) and a Psychology Conversion Masters. Since qualifying, I have enjoyed further increasing my expertise and therapy skills through additional training, such as Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Who have I worked with?
I have worked within both the NHS and social care, with a wide range of adults and children requiring both short & longer term mental health support. Services I have works in include Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT), Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Learning Disability services, Health Psychology, Paediatric Psychology, Therapeutic School, and Fostering Services.

I currently see clients face to face in Norwich, but can offer sessions online where this is more convenient for the client.
